IT asset disposition & data destruction · Chicagoland (630) 776-9156

01 · Services

What we do

We handle retired IT equipment for businesses in Chicagoland. We destroy the data, give you the paperwork to prove it, and pay you for anything that still has resale value.

Destruction

Data destruction

Drives are wiped to NIST SP 800-88 or crypto-erased. Anything not being resold gets physically destroyed. You’re welcome to come watch.

Records

Certificates & documentation

You get one certificate per job listing every drive by serial number. The manifest is signed at pickup, and we keep the records for six years.

Logistics

Collection & decommissioning

We schedule pickups from offices, plants and server rooms, and handle full decommissions when a lease ends. We do the loading and the driving ourselves.

Recovery

Buyback & resale

If the equipment still has market value we buy it outright or credit it against the job, itemized by unit. A lot of machines that can’t run Windows 11 still sell fine.

05 · Reuse first

Reuse first, recycling second

Every job comes with a summary of what was reused, what was recycled, and the weight of each. If you file an ESG or sustainability report, those are the numbers you need.

First

Reuse If the hardware still works, we wipe it and resell it. It’s worth more to you that way than shredded.

Then

Recycling What can’t be reused gets broken down for materials. That weight goes on your summary too.

Never

Landfill Nothing we collect goes to landfill.
